Welcome sweet sister to episode 38 where we will be exploring the whats, hows and whys of quieting your heart. Today I am keeping things really short but super sweet.
Why is it important to quiet your heart? Besides the importance of being able to hear God speak to you, I also believe it is important to quiet your heart so your mind can rest. The more you practice this skill of quieting your heart the more peace and calmness you will have in your life which in turn make it possible for you to deal with the next thing or phase of your life.
