I’m sharing my interview with my friend Tre Gammage in this episode. We’re debunking the misconception that SEL is just for students - access to SEL resources is just as important for educators as it is for students. After all, it’s primarily adults who are expected to facilitate the social-emotional development of children, and how can we expect to inspire students towards higher SEL quotients when the leaders themselves haven’t been equipped with the skills to do so in their own lives and relationships? I’m so excited to share this interview with you all and I’m almost certain you’ll leave this conversation with an expanded view of SEL and how you can move to new levels in your own personal growth as well.
