It was very helpful for me to see a larger picture of weight traing for youth. My son started weight trainig when he turned 14. A year and one meet (organized by Joshua) later, he has so much more confidence in himself and enjoys meeting a wide range of people at his highschool now. The suggestions for measureing the fatique level - the practical versions were quite insightful. I'll start implemennt some of them with my son. Thanks!
