This episode is not just for Black people, it is for ANYONE who plans to manage a diverse organization. Over my career, I have experienced many unique situations that occurred primarily because I am Black. As an employee, these situations can make you feel paranoid. The phrase I use is "living in a fish bowl." As a manager, you don't want any of your employees feeling this way. In this episode, I also provide 7 initiatives that you can implement that will help create a balanced environment for all employees.
