USCIS has entered into a Settlement Agreement to resolve litigation disputes with EB-5 stakeholders and previously approved regional centers.  In this episode, we talked to Bob Kraft, President of IIUSA, to discuss a historic settlement agreement between IIUSA and USCIS that protects EB-5 investors while re-authorizing previously approved regional centers.
