Pennie and Matthew will be discussing Emotional Intelligence this evening and discussing 12 top qualities which are helpful to have so that you can make your emotions be your friends and not your foes. We are emotional creatures who often make decisions and respond to stimuli based on our emotions. As a result, our ability to grow in EQ has an enormous impact in all of our relationships, how we make decisions and identify opportunities. EQ is enormously important. Through our work, we’ve identified 12 qualities that we believe comprise the emotionally intelligent person. Looking forward to sharing these with you on Thursday night.
