This week we are introduced to the joys and trials of early fatherhood, for some of us this is all too familiar terrain, for those about to embark, strap in with Brandon Clift, the host of The Mankind Project to get the rundown on the paradigm shift of becoming a dad.

So who is Brandon?

Brandon helps elevate leaders to connect more authentically with their customers and teams, effectively resolve conflict, and foster a culture of profound understanding and empathy.

Through Emotional Intelligence training, he will redefine your leadership style and equip you with the tools to forge genuine and lasting connections that ripple positively through every aspect of your life.

After being nominated for Young Entrepreneur of The Year and ranking #1 in his industry within his hometown in Australia, success was at his fingertips.
However, destiny had a different plan. At age 25, a profound realisation shook him to the core. Despite the external accolades and recognition, true fulfilment and a sense of "success" eluded me.

In a moment of clarity, he made a bold decision to sell his company and embark on an extraordinary adventure, leaving behind all material possessions. He set out on a transformative global quest to discover the missing piece to my personal fulfilment.

As he engaged with diverse organisations and communities across the Americas, he realised that the key to unlocking unparalleled personal and professional success lay in increasing my Emotional Intelligence.

Through his own experience, he witnessed how honing Emotional Intelligence can miraculously dissolve countless trials, challenges, and conflicts in the business world. Inspired by this, he joined the University of Tennessee Chattanooga's Center for Professional Education, and together, they are transforming how business leaders and their organisations in Chattanooga connect with their teams and customers.

Brandon understands the sacrifices many of us make in today's business world. The sleepless nights, early alarms, and relentless pursuit of success have been etched into his DNA. He says it took 10+ years in business to learn the hard way that mastering Emotional Intelligence is the linchpin that keeps leaders unwaveringly committed to their goals without sacrificing their personal lives.
