He was also President of Temple Israel, and is currently President of Jazz Angels, which is trying to preserve Jazz in the schools for underserved areas. A realtor from Los Alamitos, Rob was born in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BA degree in Special Education and earned his Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling. He taught at his former elementary school, El Rodeo, in Beverly Hills as a Special Ed teacher. He also was a water polo and swim coach at Beverly Hills High School.
