In this episode our guest is Carl Rabke, who talks about lots of different subjects and it’s a wonderful conversation, especially on embodiment and how we can move things through our body and our being to be able to process them and integrate them into our lives. Carl works with many different people, helping them get back to more movement in their lives, which is much needed in such a sedentary society in which we live today. We discuss grief and how many of us try to avoid it or avoid going through these difficult processes which are actually a very important part of growth and development.
