Yashmita Bhana, CEO of Nihka Technology Group, joins #ECAfrica100 to unpack her journey during growth phases while also expanding on how she had started the company The Nihka Technology Group. She shares her take on how society works and how the IT sector fits in to make a positive impact.

CEO of Nihka Technology Group, a company that started off as a consulting agency 10 years ago and has grown over the past few years and has over the years it has seen very gradual well-thought through growth, not just running after what the next best thing.

The Nihka Technology Group eventually started moving away from consulting towards a more tech-focused company, which is what they currently do. ‘We manage the data value chain, which means we analyze your data, we store your data, we transport your data, we secure your data and we enterprise data.’ says Yashmita Bhana.

The Nihka Technology Group is also focused on bringing the digital future to both private and public sectors, locally and globally. They do this by delivering innovative, integrated technologies and intelligent solutions. The company offers end-to-end multi-dimensional consulting, with an emphasis on integrating the human potential because they believe that while artificial technology may be able to stimulate the human intelligence processes, a business cannot thrive on technology alone.
