4 swordfish steaks ½ cup Italian dressing 1 tsp old bay 1 tsp pepper large pinch salt For the salsa: 1 avocado, cubed 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered (or halved) ½ cup cilantro, plus extra for garnish 1 red onion, sliced 1 tablespoon lemon juice (1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar – leave out for show)
- Preheat the oven 375 degrees.
- Place steaks in roasting pan, pour dressing over and turn to coat. Sprinkle with pepper, salt, and old bay. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.
For the salsa, 1. Combine ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and serve along side steaks.
