Ryan Poles has been working tirelessly to improve the Chicago Bears roster this offseason. At times, it's about making small improvements that are built for the future rather than quick fixes to patch up the present. This seems to be what Poles is doing in only his second year as the Bears general manager.
Justin and Rob dive into each offensive position group and compare each group to the 2022 roster. They give each position a ranking of 1 through 10. Just how much has the Chicago Bears offense improved compared to last season? Has Ryan Poles done enough this offseason or were you expecting more? The offense seems to have had a decent overhaul in certain areas, but is it enough?
Justin and Rob also discuss the current market for running backs in the NFL. Are running backs making too little for the amount of work they put in on the field? Should they stop complaining as they make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year compared to the everyday common person?
We find a way to make things better for running backs going forward. The NFL should really install our ideas into action.
