Anyone who says “I smell a rat” is lying. When you’ve gotten close enough to smell one, it’s probably too late. If the church has started actively incentivizing someone to build a rats nest near the exit of my building, I’m pretty sure that counts as bioterrorism.

Reagan (ronald) passed federal law about BioChem weapons, go look it up. If your lawyer could present the case that Vermin was deliberately placed into your residence by paid perps to TERIFY you, if performed by a National Group ;(like say Nation of Islam, KKK or .... ) it could be pursued as terrorism ina federal court. They torment me & mine with low-level flooding, literally water. They think my asthma will suffer inordinately from mold(s). I dry the floor before molds can begin spread.
