Alex Banks is a producer with a clear intention – to create music with a soul that people connect with on a deep, personal level. Each one of his productions is unmistakably laced with emotion and shaped by experience. Alex has proven himself to be a master behind the decks and in the studio. The Brighton-based producer and DJ previously acquired the title of ‘Mix of the Year’ at Ninja Tune’s Solid Steel as well as working on remixes for the likes of Bonobo and Crystal Fighters. His powerful live sets have led him to take the stage at the revered Melt festival in Germany, tour Europe with one of electronica’s powerhouses, Moderat, and collaborate with the legendary Max Cooper.
