Mind you though Sluggo, the older Chinese population still holds negative stereotypes of Black people but that generation is dying out. China is actually investing into the African continent. China's financing cooperation with Africa is mainly in fields such as infrastructure development and production capacity, with a view to enhancing Africa's capacity for independent and sustainable development.
