It's human nature to judge others, but it can be harmful and detrimental. We must learn to let go of judgement and realize that everyone is on their own journey. We can never truly know what someone else is going through or why they do certain things.
Instead of passing judgement, try to empathize and understand the situation from their perspective. When we let go of judgement, we open ourselves up to acceptance and understanding - two powerful values that can lead to greater connection and harmony in our lives.
