In this week's episode, I go over a few things about how society says that we have to do something because it is considered the normal thing to do. We are all influenced by society; but we have to remember to draw a line. We must remember that we act independently and we have the freedom to do so. The pressure to conform to society's standards can be suffocating. Be your own kind of beautiful. Follow your heart and mind. Don't get caught up into doing what society expects you to do.
