Hello everyone! It's an exciting day, because we're starting the fifth season of Doctor Who and we're getting introduced to a whole brand new Doctor!
Turns out this Doctor has got some growing to do, because he just does not have it quite together by the time our adventure begins. It's not his fault, but when he turns around and walks right into a tree after offering to help a little girl, I have to admit I wouldn't have been too confident in him, had I been in her shoes.
Also, it turns out that he's not as good at directed the TARDIS as he thinks, either, because after promising that he'll be back in 5 minutes he winds up being gone...what was it? 12 years? And the problem with the crack in the wall...it's still a problem.
