Greetings, lovelies! I'm here with what's technically the first TRULY unspoiled episode of Doctor Who, because this is the first one that I hadn't already watched all those years ago. So this is fun, because rather than the future, which is really more of what comes to mind when I think about this show (aesthetically) we are going into the past!
Now this episode was actually a lot of fun, but even considering that, there are rather a lot of plot holes that I ask about which Jaime seems to not have thought of. I'm wondering if I'm the only one to consider these things, or have any of you out there wondered about them too? I'm sure the nature of UNspoiled! and the way I have to analyze things for the podcast doesn't exactly help with a show that wasn't intended to be broken down like this. But NEVERTHELESS!
I'm always a fan of smug assholes falling for a setup, and I get that in spades here, but unfortunately it's an innocent woman who pays the price for the Doctor's thoughtless impulsiveness in allowing a bunch of unknown beings to cross over to our world. Ah, well. At least the shitty undertaker is dead!
