Over the past several years, when governments of world nations were issuing sweeping incarceration and basic civil liberty restrictions on their citizens, the government of the U.S did not impose such tactics on the American people. It could not. The federal Constitution restrains the power of the federal government from imposing all-out tyranny on the American people, but more importantly so do the Constitutions of the States' ability to do the same. Do you know why?
