In the Championship (from the start) the panel look ahead to three massive derby games on Sky Sports this coming weekend, as QPR host Fulham, West Brom meet Birmingham and Swansea face Cardiff. There is also a reflection on Steve Cooper’s start at Nottingham Forest, and the impressive recent form of Blackpool.

In League One (25m25s) the panel looks back on the weekend’s action, including Plymouth’s move to the top of the table and Sheffield Wednesday’s important win over Bolton after a difficult period under Darren Moore.

And in League Two (34m36s) there was a big win for Swindon at leaders Forest Green, while at the other end Scunthorpe slumped to the bottom of the table and Carlisle’s struggles continued as they sacked manager Chris Beech.
