Happy International Women's Day! Continuing with our celebration of Women's History Month, we are talking di tings with a woman making history in her own way, Cherisse McKenzie, the executive in charge of production at SpringHill Company, a media production and entertainment company co-founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter. Cherisse is an award-winning content & physical production executive with over a decade of experience in the industry. She began walking in her destiny from an early age when she interned at Bad Boy Records in high school. Her hard work, drive, tenacity, and innate ability to trust her decisions has earned her a seat at the table with network executives and game changers like Andrè Harell, Donna Foster-Dotson, and many others who recognized and supported her talent. Prior to SpringHill Company, Cherisse's life came full circle when she became head of production at REVOLT working former boss, Sean "Diddy" Combs, where she had a significant impact as she oversaw the launch of the daily live television broadcast of several shows, such as "The Breakfast Club", "Drink Champs", and "State of the Culture", to name a few.
