The Government is finally bringing in legislation to regulate vaping into parliament today.
Legislation such as no sales to under 18's, no advertising, no vaping in smoke-free areas, and dairies can only sell three flavours. 
Associate health minister Jenny Salesa says regulation needs to help cigarette smokers quit, while not encouraging new users.
ASH director Deborah Hart joined Kate Hawkesby to discuss the legislation and whether it will have much of an effect.
