Things are changing and that won't look like yesterday. But you remember what it was like, to make a commitment to doing something different with your life for yourself, your family your future and even the daily celebrations of progress. I am not talking about anything fancy either! I am not putting pressure about goals and all the stuff we should be doing because it's okay to NOT be working on your "long term goals".
