Dealing with depression. We can overcome this. We will overcome this. But you just have to be willing to let go and give it to God and allow him to have it. You cannot fix it be yourself. Paul wrote in Romans 8:11, “The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.”

The Spirit of God is not an abstract concept that does not have physical manifestation. According to scripture, the Holy Spirit has the capacity to affect things in the spiritual realm as well as in the physical realm. He has the capacity to give you the energy to accomplish tasks that may seem overwhelming to you at the moment.
