In this episode we review a book called, "Try Softer", by author and counselor Aundi Kolber, and talk about how God used this book in our lives at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and depression.
Christians struggle with depression and anxiety just like any other person, but the means we have available to address these things is so much greater. Their is freedom and hope because of Jesus, but that doesn't necessarily mean that everything will be fixed when we'd like it to be.
