THE THESIS: The Party wants the Border overrun. What else explains the refusal to stop the flow and, worse, the enablement of illegal entries?

We are absolutely called to treat sojourners, foreigners and strangers well, but we are not called to let them break our laws:

Deuteronomy 10:19

“You shall also love the stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.”

Matthew 25:35

“I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”

They are called to follow our laws:

Romans 13:1-2

"Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves."

And, in America, our ultimate governing authority is the Constitution, not men or men.
