Hip-Hop choreographer Michele Soulchild tells America's Podcaster, Kurt Caceres, how she will "creep that gram" to find talent on Instagram and says that dancers should use it to showcase their work, not just their followers. Dancers with millions of followers and no training are a "disappointment". Never walk into an audition desperate, casting can smell that you want and need it to much. She doesn't mind confident and arrogant dancers, as long as they know how to work as a team and collaborate.
