Nury Chavarria has been living in the US for 25 years. She has no criminal record, works, pays taxes and has four children. ICE was supposed to deport her Thursday. She has sought sanctuary at a church in New Haven, CT. ICE is now calling her a fugitive. Gov. Malloy held a press conference to discuss the issue.
