The Trump administration is planning to bring an end to a National Security Agency bulk metadata collection program first exposed by Edward Snowden. Democratic leadership had planned for a vote to take place this week but it has since been delayed so that it calls out more than anti-Semitism, further insulating Omar from criticism rather than calling out her bigotry.
