Behal is a risk-taker who has a passion to destigmatize quitting. Her philosophy of quitting is that it's not the same as failure.
There is no shame in having the courage to quit that which doesn't serve us. Behal's book is called "I Quit! The Life-Affirming Joy of Giving Up" and celebrates the stories of those she calls Happy Quitters.
