Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable Wayne Thompson has been in office for just 17 months but there have been a lot of changes since he took the oath. He is much more focused on crime and traffic and it's resulting in drug busts. He's also been able to expand his operation with creative funding from Commissioner Andy Meyers Office. Thompson has also teamed up with the Community VFD in a unique first response program designed to combat active shooters. The constable also talks about his working relationship with the three school districts in precinct 3.
