Sister Jenna interviews Lorraine Murray on the benefits of teaching children meditation. 

Author Lorraine Murray is Managing Director of a holistic health company, Feel Good Therapies, since 2003 and she also runs Connected Kids LTD, training children in meditation. She has taught meditation and relaxation methods to all ages and levels, and has worked at Cancer Centers, numerous primary and secondary schools, commercial corporations and individual families. She is the author of “Calm Kids: Help Children Relax with Mindful Activities,” and has developed courses and CDs to teach children meditation.  Her passion is to help children strengthen their self-esteem through meditation and mindfulness, and to empower adults to help them.  Her latest book ‘Connected Kids’ is about teaching meditation to children with special needs, autism or ADHD. Visit Lorraine’s website at:  www.teachchildrenmeditation.com
