Justin grew up in Springfield, Missouri, on a dairy farm just north of the city limits. He is the oldest of four children and married to Kendra Joy Skinner. They currently live in Springfield with their little Morkie-Poo Daisy. They love spending time with family, and enjoy playing all types of board games and pickle ball.
Professional Failure is a thought-provoking book about leaning into and learning from mistakes, while helping others along the way. The path to success is not built on perfection but by the bricks of failures and lessons learned. Failures are not something to be avoided but they should be welcomed with open arms.
