She believes that it is a wrong notion that our children belong to households or parents---she believes that they belong to the community. We serve notice on MSNBC, Melissa Harris-Perry, on the education regime, and on our law-makers, that our children belong to GOD, and that God has ordained the stewardship of children to be under parents (one man and one woman !).
