I’d like to refer to a book that changed the way many people thought and made them become aware of the Power of Positive Energy. The Power of Positive Thinking has helped men and women around the world to achieve fulfillment in their lives through Dr. Norman Vincent Peale’s powerful message of faith and inspiration.

The Power of Positive Thinking was written by Norman Vincent Peale. It was published in October 1952 and continues to be Peale’s most widely read work. It lived on the New York Time’s best-sellers list for 186 weeks, 48 of which were spent in the No. 1 nonfiction spot. The book sold more than 5 million copies worldwide
Peale begins by stating ten rules for “overcoming inadequacy attitudes and learning to practice faith”.


It included some now familiar tools such a Visualization, Affirmations and praying.

You will notice that most of these points have been along the same line o thinking that Dr. Masters taught

1.picture yourself as succeeding,
2. think a positive thought to drown out a negative thought, minimize obstacles,
3.repeat “If God be for us, who can be against us?” ten times eve
4.repeat “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” ten times every day,
5. develop a strong self-respect,
6.affirm that you are in God’s hands, and believe that you receive power from God.
7.Realize the importance of creating a peaceful mind, which can be done through inspirational reading, clearing one’s mind, or visualization.
8.to obtain consistent energy, say that “God is the source of all energy”
9. The mind controls how the body feels; thus, letting go of negative energy and emotions will give infinite energy through God.
10. Realize healing power of prayer, and how it will heal physical and emotional problems that arise from negative circumstances.
11.happiness is created by choice and that worrying only inhibits it and should be stopped.
12.always believe in success and not to believe in defeat because most obstacles are “mental in character”.
13.Habitual worrying is the next obstacle to overcome through emptying the mind and positive affirmations.
14.ask God for for help can solve one’s personal problems and physically and emotionally heal them.
15.let go of anger and embrace a sense of calm
16.letting positive thoughts in can change one’s outlook on life drastically and that practicing relaxation through God’s help will lead to a content life.


Prayer for Protection

Beloved heavenly Father and Mother
Who are in Heaven as on Earth,
Beloved Angels and Masters
Queen of Angels who in heaven resides
We come before you,
Asking for your help in all things that we do.
We ask for your holy protection always,
At all times and in all situations,
So that the work we are meant to do in this world
Will not be disrupted or delayed in any way,
But will proceed with ease, peace, and blessings.
We call for round-the-clock protection
Around the airport, the plane and all around us.
We call for solid protection around our loved ones at all times, as well.
Keep us always in the brightest Light.
Keep us immune to the negative pulls
Of the world, people, or spirits.
Keep us happy and seeing the truth in every situation,
And free of judgments against our brethren.
Keep us always alert to potential dangers
Coming from any source whatsoever,
Whether seen or unseen, known or unknown.
And may we always have an avenue
Of escape from danger or mishap whenever necessary.
Let us truly be instruments of the Divine,
Seeing clearly what would be
The best course of action to take, if any,
In every situation before us.
Speak words of wisdom and counsel into our listening ears,
And see to it that we are always surrounded
By angels of light, protection, wisdom and love.
Let us truly reflect the presence of God on Earth as it is in Heaven.

WHAT TO DO

1.Meditate every day
2.Always surround your self and aura with protective white light
3.Do daily affirmations and meditation
4.Listen to positive light filled joyful music
5.Listen to positive music while driving or audio book
Seek peace and always find some point to agree on
6. Exercise, walk do yoga
7.Believe in yourself and trust in God
8.DO gratitude lists and count your blessings
9.Fill your life with light.
10.Bring the Christ light consciousness into your being

look into the mirror of your soul
what do you really see
past the mask placed there to cover
what ego might have you believe

do you love yourself enough
to give others a chance to love you too
can you love others and who they are
enough to see their real truth

some will sell you on how great they are
some are always in great need
some will bring you answers
some will share their peace

everyone has their special gifts
and it’s up to us to find
what it is we can share
to bless others in our lives  

so take off the mask you wear
and stand naked in the light
do not be afraid my friend
to take a chance on fully living your life



Fill your life with light.
Light is the most powerful force against darkness.
I wrote a book called Put A Little Light in Your Life, filled with ways to use light as a positive tool in your life.

The Light of God will guide you. Follow the Light that you find in your soul to an opening. It is your connection to the soul’s Light. You need to be able to be in the stillness of your inner self to be drawn to the opening. You also can ask to be led to the opening. The opening leads you on the path of Light even when you feel that you are lost in the darkness. This opening is the same opening you use to connect with the inner teachers. It is the place from which you can leave the body and return to the soul when your journey is done in this life.

The opening dwells in your crown chakra at the top of the head. It is also a point of Light at the head area in your aura. The opening is protected and unless developed, it does not get used in your waking hours. In a developed soul, this opening is a center of consciousness. In less-evolved souls, the center of consciousness can be in the navel chakra area. You can focus your concentration on your crown chakra and ask for guidance to develop the opening and thread of consciousness from your head to your soul.

It is as if you are knocking on the door to your soul and the door is opened to the Light of the soul. Within the soul is a safe space where you can do your inner work. You have the total freedom and choice of your direction to come and go from your inner levels of consciousness. It does take time and practice to learn how to direct your consciousness. It involves intent and focus. Focus on the opening and don’t be afraid to connect to the higher Self within. Knock on the door and it will open to the soul’s Light. It is also through this opening that the soul has an inner connection to God.


You can align the inner child with your heart and let it dwell in the Love there. Raise the inner child to the soul level and let the Light there heal any feelings that might have occurred over time.

Identify yourself with your feelings, see how you can express your feelings, write them down, and then take them to the Light.

To practice being in the Light with your feelings, follow these steps:

1.Go into a state of meditation;
2.Do deep breaths from the second chakra;
3.Call Light into the navel area;
4.Allow your self to feel the Light merge with your feelings;
5.Invite the inner child into the Light there;
6.Be aware of what emotions emerge and feel them;
7.Write down any messages you get from the inner child;
8.Bathe the feeling in Love and Light;
9.Bring the inner child to your heart and then soul;
10.Thank the inner child and God.
