What a debut for new Cubs pitcher Shota Imanaga! After a rough weekend in Texas, the Cubs started the home portion of 2024 with a historic performance from their new Japanese pitcher and are back at .500. If only things were better on the other side of town, where the White Sox have yet to win and have already been shutout twice. We'll also discuss Illinois making it the Elite Eight before running into the buzz saw that is UConn. Finally, "Make Your Case" returns! It's April and the NFL draft is less than a month away. We'll discuss some players that the Bears are likely to target with the first and ninth picks.

Penix Jr. has THE MOST NFL ready skill set by FAR. That said, he's not the MOST talented, and his injury issues will be a red flag. If he doesn't get injured, he'll make a lot of fans of other teams wonder why their GM didn't take him. It'll be that way until the skills of CW and others catch up at the next level.

However his lower body is on roller skates far too often and his footwork issues will be a problem. They often caused him to lose both velocity and accuracy on his passes.

Running QBs don't often win until they learn to play from the pocket. That takes away from what makes Daniels dangerous.
