From three sport athlete to interviewing some of the best. That’s part of Cassidy Hubbarth’s job as contributor to ESPN’s NBA Tonight. The native of Evanston, Illinois also has the sometimes unenviable task of having to talk to coaches during a timeouts. As she relates in this enlightening podcast, Hubbarth’s first in game interview was with unquestionably the toughest coach to deal with, Greg Popovich. But most of her experiences have been very positive. Hubbarth worked her way up to this glamorous yet challenging position after starting as a traffic reporter.
