This case is local to me and it's actually the case that inspired me to start a true crime podcast! Most of the information published by the media was wrong, and I met with Cordon Parks with SLCPD to walk the crime scene back in February 2022. If you listen to Episode 01 of my podcast Crime Soup, we answer a lot of the questions about this case! Her height was also a typo and I don't know why police haven't corrected it on their website. According to her autopsy, she was only 5'4" and 124 lbs.
