Frederic Fekkai, CEO and founder of FEKKAI and co-founder of Bastide, joins us today to discuss his experience of reinventing a brand. After selling FEKKAI to Procter & Gamble in 2008, Frederic realized how far the buy-out removed his products from their original mission. In 2016, he and his wife co-founded Bastide, a beauty and lifestyle brand celebrating artisans from the South of France. In 2018, he bought the FEKKAI brand back making it the global authority in salon performance with clean, highly effective formulas in sustainable packaging.
