Nevşah Karamehmet is an educator, author and entrepreneur who has touched the lives of thousands of people through her seminars, workshops, speeches and books, for over 20 years. Karamehmet, who has conducted research with more than 40,000 people, is the first person to set the standards for breath coaching by founding the Breath Coaching Federation and making the field a profession. She is also Vice President of the Institute of Behavioural Health Sciences and a member of the Faculty of Breath Sciences.
