Dan fields a deluge of texts and calls responding to Colorado's new 3-year trial run on a 'lane filtering' law for motorcycles, which would ostensibly allow riders to travel between lanes on the highway and other vehicles when stopped in traffic. But what will enforcement of this law look like? And will it end up basically opening the door to 'lane splitting,' with vehicles in motion. like the law in California allows?
