With February being Black History Month, they discuss voting rights and the power of women of color voters.  They're joined by Marcia Johnson-Blanco, the co-director of the Voting Rights Project at the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and Danyelle Solomon, the Vice President of Race and Ethnicity Policy at the Center for American Progress.
