In this episode Matt talks about Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and what you should be doing specifically for subscription brands during these wild times of the year. Matt discusses the different approaches you need to have during this time with your customers because you can expect a lot more noise and competition from other brands. On top of that, the customers you acquire will be much different than they are during other times of the year because they might be buying a gift for someone else rather than themselves like customers typically do in other seasons. It's about showing up at the top of the inbox, doing more to grab your customer's attention, and thinking through what you can afford to offer and scale. Tune in to learn more!
