After shutting down the Keystone XL Pipeline and suspending drilling leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), President Biden takes us back to a time when begging OPEC to increase production and blaming the Russians and Saudi Arabia for a lack of crude oil supply.
