No matter what a person's position on the issue is, President Joe Biden's executive order declaration 'protecting' abortion rights for American women is un-Constitutional by virtue of the 10th amendment. It clearly states, 'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.' Even Biden admits the Supreme Court does not view it as a Constitutional right, so he implores all women to go to the polls and vote in Democratic lawmakers to codify Roe v. Wade. Only one problem, some of the fiercest pro-life advocates in our country are WOMEN.
