Listen, it's okay to put SOME pressure on yourself. That's how you step out of your comfort. How you grow. How you become better. But too much is a fat no-no. Setting unrealistic expectations and not giving ourselves a chance to take a step back, congratulate ourselves for our hard work, and TAKE A BREAK is only going to cause burnout and resentment towards ourselves.
