Lunch Time is the most desired 1 hour (or half-hour, for you unlucky ones) of our 8-12 work day. During this time we get to escape the nuances' of our job and escape the presence of annoying ass bosses and co-workers. This is why this podcast exist. My purpose? The goal here is to provide listeners with unique perspectives about life, culture, mental & physical health, society, race, and social norms that impact our world.
