Axa Health Insurance was giving some of it's customers advice on how to help back pain and in doing so suggested when traveling that passengers should ask flight attendants to lift their heavy bags for them and put them into the overheard compartments. The flight attendants union found back and criticized the health insurance company for making such a remark and we ask if it's out of line to ask a flight attendant for assistance with your luggage?
