These chapters are Bran, Tyrion, and Eddard. Bran gets cornered by some desperate men (and women) in the woods, Tyrion gets a chance to speak publicly due to his own cleverness, and Eddard just talks about shit right in front of Cersei because he still hasn't learned jack shit.
Ugh.
